Yes. We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance in both Alabama and Florida and hold the residential contractor licensing required in each state. Certificates of insurance can be issued directly to the homeowner or insurance carrier on request before any work begins.
Most asphalt-shingle replacements on a single-family home complete in one day from tear-off to cleanup. Larger or steeper roofs, or homes with multiple stories and complex valleys, can take two days. Metal and tile installs run longer, usually three to five days. We give you a written timeline before we start.
We can meet your adjuster on-site and document visible hail or wind damage with drone and ground photos. You file and manage your own claim; we provide roofing information you can share with your insurer and answer questions about the repair scope.
Asphalt-shingle roof replacements on a typical 2,000 square-foot home generally range from the mid four-figures to the low five-figures, depending on pitch, stories, decking condition, and shingle line. Metal and standing-seam roofs run higher. We provide a free written estimate after on-site assessment so you see exact line-item pricing before you commit.
It depends on the system. GAF System Plus offers 50-year materials and 10-year workmanship. GAF Silver Pledge offers 50-year materials and 25-year workmanship. GAF Golden Pledge, our highest tier, offers 50-year materials, 25-year workmanship, and a GAF factory inspection. All three are transferable to the next homeowner if you sell the home.
We do both. A meaningful portion of our work is repair-only. Leak diagnosis, flashing rebuilds, decking patches, and vent re-seals. If the roof can be repaired safely and economically, we will tell you. We do not push replacement on a roof that has years of life left.
