Happy Women in Construction Week! 🙌 💓 We are kicking off the week by celebrating the EmpowerHER Summit that took place last week, hosted by the Athens-Limestone Chamber of Commerce. Our very own Lauren Marsh had the honor of sitting on a panel alongside some truly incredible North Alabama powerhouses last week, and the energy was unmatched!
When the conversation turned to what actually gets her out of bed every morning, Lauren’s answer was simple: It’s all about the team. For her, the real reward of being a business owner isn’t just the projects we complete. It is the life-changing moments her team reaches along the way. Whether it is someone buying their first home or growing their family, seeing the people we work with every day thrive is what makes the long hours worth it. 🏠❤️
