Ridgeline Construction started the way most family businesses do — with one truck, one ladder, and a promise to do the job right. Lauren and Terry Marsh founded the company in 2012 with a simple philosophy: treat every home like it belongs to someone in your family, because around here, it probably does.
In just over a decade, that one truck grew into four offices, 55 employees, and a reputation that stretches from the Tennessee Valley to the Florida Panhandle. We've replaced and repaired more than 10,000 roofs. We've earned GAF's highest contractor designation, the BBB Torch Award for Ethics, and the Chamber of Commerce Construction Company of the Year — but the recognition that means the most is the phone call from a customer who says, "My neighbor told me to call you."
We don't have investors or private equity. Major decisions run through our home office in Huntsville — made by the same family that knocks on your door, walks your roof, and stands behind the warranty. Whether you're in North Alabama or the Florida Panhandle, you get the same ownership, the same standards, and the same accountability.
