After bad storm blew some shingles off, they came and quickly to replace the shingles and checked the entire roof for any other damage and fixed it as well. Now as we are selling, they went out of their way to come and make some adjustments to satisfy the home inspection. A few years ago Ridgeline installed the roof of the house I moved into recently. A neighbor explained some roofs in the area have shingles that require replacing. So I called Alice at Ridgeline and she sent Josh over. He went right to work as soon as he arrived. After a thorough inspection, he determined the roof was built with a different brand of shingles and said the roof is in good shape. Josh took time to explain how the defective shingles compare to my roof shingles, and how shingles are installed. I’m so grateful to Josh and Alice for listening and following through with an inspection to see if there was a problem. Josh explained how long to expect the roof to last living in this climate. I normally don’t write any reviews, but in this case, it is well worth my time and effort. I am incredibly happy with Ridgeline. After the storms earlier in the year, I was left with damage to my roof, siding and gutters. I contacted several other contractors, but decided to use Ridgeline because of their reputation and their ability to complete and repair all the damaged. Heath Birdsong was assigned as my project manager for this job. He helped with estimates, worked with adjusters, spoke to my insurance company, and coordinated roof replacement, siding and gutters. He was with me every step of the process. He was responsive and managed the whole project from start to finish. It was great having one company to work with and especially having a highly responsive project manager to complete and oversee all three phases of my project. The whole Ridgeline team did a great job. job. I was extremely happy with the competency and skilled artisans that completed the work. They were polite, communicated well and did a great clean-up after the job was completed. While I hope I never need to do this again, but if I need to, I know I will work with Ridgeline. I reached out to RLC on Monday of this week and frankly acted like an entitled brat due to a misunderstanding caused by my builder overall. Noelle, was the amazing receptionist that I spoke with and she handled my atttitude problem with ease and without even changing her tone! (I did call her back and apologize profusely following.) Kendra, the Production Manager, stepped in and stepped up to mitigate my concerns; when I related to her my perspective and knowledge on how/why the damage to my roof came to be- she took the time to discuss all the different factors and even more still- relayed that she would have a tech out to check it out for me. She promptly reached back out when details of appt were available. Today, Justin Hicks, the roof specialist—-because he’s so much more than just a tech! Came out first thing this morning, relayed all of the information of what he was going to be doing on the roof and what could be expected. Following his assessment and repair of the concerning area, he did a full walkover of the roof to prevent any other concerning areas within the coming months. The concerning spot did require maintenance and repair, Justin took care of this in good faith and as a Merry Christmas to prevent further anxiety for my son whose room was being affected. Highly recommend their entire staff that worked together so cohesively to professionally, politely, and with REAL human concern to make sure we were taken care of completely!

Excellent communication, patient, proactive, down to earth, and the highest quality results I’ve ever seen! I am so glad I prepared a cooler of water and Gatorade for the install crew too. They did awesome, and were very kind and considerate of our home. Could not recommend Ridgeline enough! Ridgeline installed the original shingles on our roof in 2019. Unfortunately TAMKO did not produce good shingles at the time, so our roof was growing more and more compromised. Leaks, granular loss, etc. You name it, it happened. I reached out to Ridgeline, and they helped us step by step through our TAMKO warranty claim. They were highly professional and ready for everything. Inspections, retrieving samples, everything. When TAMKO approved our claim, Ridgeline scheduled us for shingle replacement within a couple weeks, synced the material delivery to the day before, and checked in with us beforehand to help prepare for the install crew to come out. The crew arrived early and was very kind and considerate of things we didn’t even think about (like decorations, water hoses, and our garden). They jumped to action first thing; from sun up to sun down, they worked hard. I even peeked out the window and saw they were also having a great time. It brings an immeasurable amount of peace to know that they took incredible care of our home. Ridgeline did a thorough inspection the day after to put the final touch on things. If every company was like Ridgeline, it’d make life so much easier!

Taylor at Ridgeline set me up for a new roof as well as all new hardie siding installation. Most of the work has been completed, and I must say that the quality of work is outstanding. While we are waiting for temperatures to rise some (25 F this morning) for the roofer to come back for some small finishing work, I know that Taylor is dependable and will see it all through and wanted to go ahead and write this review. First, a big shout and thanks to Javier and his boys for the outstanding hardie siding job. My house is a renovation with an addition, and Javier had to come back at different stages for hardie siding as some windows arrived late, power disconnects had to be changed, etc., and Javier always returned with never a complaint, was hands-on as the crew chief where and when needed, and was always pleasant and willing to personally help. Thank you Javier! Appreciate your quality work! Likewise, the head of the roofing crew, Senior, has been helpful and is to return to repair some bent drip-edges as soon as weather warms, and he said that he will help with installation and placement of a sun tunnel and a couple ducts through roof. While these work items were pre-negotiated with Taylor, if you’ve had any experience with contractors, you will know that they do not like to do core work especially after the main job is complete. And again, Javier and Senior, the bosses, both have been helpful, personally hands-on and never a complaint, and their work has been top notch. I personally appreciate when the crew bosses will get their hands dirty and work with their teams when their experience is needed. Big thank you to Taylor, Javier & Senior! Appreciate the quality work and will be recommending you all.

I almost don’t know where to begin because Ridgeline Construction, specifically (in my case) – Dan, was so incredibly helpful and professional that I was somewhat speechless at every touch point. My situation probably wasn’t unique, but it was difficult at best trying to coordinate time sensitive repairs to my Mother’s house. I had zero time to wait or waste with an insurance deadline rapidly approaching. This meant I needed to find a roofing company, an inspection company an insurance company and contract the necessary work. I had about a month to accomplish it, from 1,400 miles away. While not my first randomly Googled company, Ridgeline was immediately different. Dan put me at ease immediately, explained my situation to me better than the insurance company, told me he would take care of me and I can happily say, Dan is a man of his word. Long story short, the contract was signed, and the job was done within 10 days. And I used Dan’s recommended inspector, who was equally impressive, taking my call, performing the inspections and providing a detailed report for the insurance company, all in the same day! Did I mention this was during the holidays? Dan recognized I was helping an elderly parent, from afar, as well as the deadline looming, he was from the start very positive, he said he would arrange everything and get it all done for me. This is unusual. I find myself doing something I don’t do – sitting down to write an unsolicited and positive recommendation for Ridgeline Construction (RC). I’ll explain: Susan and I needed (badly) to have re-roof on our Carrollwood house. We did our homework. We studied asphalt roof construction and materials used in a re-roof. We solicited quotes from 4-5 companies. We chose Ridgeline for these reasons: 1. Tyler, the manager was committed to quality – that is making certain that the job was done right – no cutting corners. Full real-time photo documentation of all aspects as the job progressed. We liked this attitude simply because it’s in our best interest. 2. He was knowledgeable and clear about materials and how the new roof was to be installed. 3. His price quote was reasonable – not the cheapest nor the most expensive. Additionally, and this is important: Ridgeline was also able to address 5-6 rotted soffit areas where our old roof leaked. Most roofers do not want or are not capable to address soffit issues as they can present more complexity when the underlaying rotted wood is exposed. Ridgeline had the carpentry skills on hand to address these soffit issues along with the roof. The re-roof work as well as soffit and facia repairs were performed professionally with attention to details and went smoothly. Cleanup was thorough, nothing was left behind. These are the main reasons (and there are others too) that I wanted to give my unreserved recommendation to Ridgeline Construction for a job well done. We are very happy with both the company and their employees and want to pass this information to others who may need a good roofing company.
