GAF Warranties

Ridgeline Construction is proud to be a GAF Certified Master Elite Roofing Contractor. This means that after meeting several rigorous tests and qualifications, GAF trusts us to provide you with the best installation of their quality roofing systems. Master Elite status allows us to offer you two warranties that others cannot- the Golden Pledge and Silver Pledge.

The GAF Golden Pledge and Silver Pledge warranties are the best of the best. They both offer the ultimate peace of mind with best in industry protection including, Wind Warranty, Algae Warranty, and Workmanship Warranty. To qualify for the GAF Windproven Warranty means that Ridgeline installs LayerLock labeled shingles, so that each shingle receives the proper number of nails per shingle and the installation of four qualifying accessory products. This includes starter strip shingles around the perimeter of your home, ridge cap shingles, roof deck protection, and your choice of attic ventilation or leak barrier.

Your new roof will be resistant to fire, wind, tear, and wind-driven rain.

SureStart provides the strongest non-prorated protection plan you can get for the vital early years of your new roof. That means, if a defect does arise, your warranty protects you with full coverage of the cost to repair or replace defective shingles, including the cost of labor.

What to expect once you

choose Ridgeline Construction

After you have contacted Ridgeline Construction, discussed options and warranties with your project manager, and have agreed to a plan for your home, we have a plan to ensure your roofing construction experience is fast and efficient.

Ridgeline will construct a “catch-all” system around your home. This ensures that during the tear-off process, the old roofing material will be collected and disposed of properly by our technicians. We will schedule the delivery of the new roofing materials so that it is ready for us to start install. The new roofing material will be delivered the day prior to installation. This material will be placed by a forklift to your driveway so that your lawn isn’t damaged.

The day we begin, crews will likely arrive early and begin to prepare your home for construction. And this is a construction zone! There will be quite a bit of noise inside your home. As our roof technicians pick up momentum on your roof, their nail guns will be very loud. We recommend that you have somewhere to go during the installation of your new roof.

Ridgeline prides itself on the quality of your newly installed roofing system. Before we leave, we ensure that your property is clean, the roof is complete, and that you receive warranty information. We take after photos of your new roof and include them in your file so that in the event you have a warranty concern, we can help you in that process.
